YouTube goes Hollywood

In what will sure be the most boring news of the day, YouTube will launch a paid movie-on-demand service that lets users stream major Hollywood movies. Sources say Sony Pictures, Warner Brothers, Universal, Lionsgate, and Kino Lorber have all licensed their movies for the new iTunes-like service. Paramount, Fox, and Disney have yet to join the party.

I remember when Apple started its iTunes rental service over three years ago in January 2008. What up Mark Cuban!
