iPhone Alarm

I would like to personally thank Steve Jobs for making me miss my flight on New Years morning.   I was set to return from the Jay-Z / Coldplay/Kanye concert held at the glorious new Cosmopolitan Hotel in Vegas back to Los Angeles on a commercial flight (first class) which left at 8:35AM… However, because of a software glitch which caused the iPhone’s alarm function to stop working, I woke up at 9:30AM and missed my flight.  Not having an alarm for millions upon millions of iPhone alarm users is a pretty big problem, to say the least…. However, it is a bigger problem when I MISS MY FLIGHT.

Apple spokeswoman Natalie Harrison told Macworld that the company was aware of the problem; “We’re aware of an issue related to non-repeating alarms set for January 1 or 2,” Harrison said. “Customers can set recurring alarms for those dates and all alarms will work properly beginning January 3.”  Gee, thanks so much Natalie for really making up for this debacle.  Just kidding, that means nothing to me.

Cosby Sweaters has a simple fix for Steve Jobs’ negligence.  Steve will reimburse me for my last minute first class flight, reimburse my wraparound terrace suite at the Cosmopolitan hotel for 2 nights, and he (NOT NATALIE HARRISON) will issue a public apology.

Steve, Please Advise…
