Koji Uehara pitched a flawless eighth inning on Wednesday night and as he came back into the Red Sox dugout he brought the heat again, but this time with his high fives. The Red Sox players must have seen this type of enthusiasm before because all were prepared except one. Check out how Koji basically slaps an unsuspecting Shane Victorino at the end of his high five tour. Amazing!

Fan Makes Fantastic Foul Ball Grab With One hand, Holds Baby In Other

A fan checking out the Giants and Nationals game at AT&T Park made just about every highlight reel out there with a great grab of a foul ball. The grab would have been good enough alone, but the fact that he had a baby in tow was the icing on the cake. The catch happened with the score tied 1-1 in the ninth inning, and the reaction of the crowd showed just how great the snag was.

John Gibbons Says Blue Jays Need A Walk-off Win, Jays Respond With Walk-off Win

Talked to John Gibbons before game. Asked what team needed most. “A walk-off win,” he said. “Everybody seems to have one. We need a charge.”

Toronto Blue Jays Manager John Gibbons told Jeff Blair of The Globe and Mail before today’s game against the Tampa Bay Rays that the Jays needed a walk-off win to give them a jolt.

Gibbons’ plea became prophesy as the Jays completed a wild comeback in the bottom of the 10th on a Jose Bautista walk-off single. Bautista also had two home runs in the game and had all four Jay RBIs.

Busch Stadium Is Officially Soccer Ready

St. Louis Post-Dispatch staff photographer David Carson was kind enough to Tweet out a great picture of Busch Stadium all dolled up for some soccer. Chelsea and Manchester City are set to play a friendly on May 23rd, and the field has been fully transformed. Pretty cool stuff.

Jose Canseco Is Officially a Suspect In a Las Vegas Rape Case

Jose Canseco looks to have broken the fact that he is a suspect in a Las Vegas police rape case, and he did it on Twitter. You can see the string of Tweets below which states that he was accused by a woman and the police in Las Vegas have just published this statement confirming Jose’s deleted Tweet:

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is currently investigating a Sexual Assault case. Jose Conseco [sic] has been named as the suspect in this investigation. At this time no charges have been filed and our investigation remains ongoing. Per department policy neither victim information or investigation details are available for release.

Earlier in the day, Jose initially Tweeted the below, and then deleted it right after. You can see the bizarre rant Jose went on below.

Jose then replaced that Tweet with a picture of a lady (redacted) in a bikini who he says is the lady who accused him. He followed it up by Tweeting the woman’s phone number (redacted).

I am going to take this with a grain of salt, because Jose Canseco has been known to be a bit unstable recently. However, the fact that Jose would Tweet the below, and then delete it is very odd. I don’t have any back story, but I am sure it will surface shortly. On a side note, Jose needs to work on his spelling and grammar. After Jose deleted the below Tweet he continued to rant about the woman.

Scott Sitz, who is a first-team All-ACC pitcher for Florida State, has a striking resemblance to Kenny Powers from HBO’s ‘Eastbound and Down.’ The similarities are frighteningly awesome, and he boasts an impressive 9-1 record on the season with a 1.66 ERA.
