Jalen Ramsey is one competitive dude. So much so, the Jacksonville Jaguars corner admits he’d hit anybody on the football field – including his own grandmother.

Speaking to the media, Ramsey said he doesn’t have friends on the football field. He’d take down anyone, regardless of his relationship with them.

“I don’t believe in having friends on the field. If my brother, my dad, my mom, my grandma was out there, it’s on. After the game we can be cool, it doesn’t matter. That’s how I feel like you gotta respect the game of football. Football is not a game meant to be played being nice to each other … after the game, that’s cool.

Don’t believe him? When a reporter asked him if he’d really hit his grandma, Ramsey responded “Nah, I definitely would,” while adding his grandma knows about his competitive nature.

Ramsey sees EVERY opposing player on the football field as a threat. That exact attitude is a big reason why the 23-year-old is one of the best corners in the game.
