In the second half of the National Championship game between Villanova and Michigan, there was a little skirmish. It resulted in double technicals for Michigan’s Mo Wagner and Villanova’s Omari Spellman.

After the technical fouls, TBS brought out one of the most insane stats you’ll ever see. It is also a stat that rubs salt in the wound for any and all Wolverine fans.

Although it is cut off in the photo, it says that the technical fouls were the first in a National Championship since Chris Webber in 1993. One of the most infamous technical fouls in the history of basketball.

Here is a refresher course in case you don’t remember it:

Considering that I cheer for Ohio State sports, I’d like to say I feel bad for Michigan fans but this does nothing but bring a big smile to my face.

Villanova defeated Michigan last night 79-62.
