Things did not end well for Terrelle Pryor and Washington Monday night in their 29-20 loss in Kansas City against the Chiefs, and right after the game ended, emotions may still be raw. They certainly appeared to be for receiver Terrelle Pryor, who has had a rough time to start his career in Washington and may have let his emotions get the better of him right after the game ended.

A few, likely well lubricated, Chiefs fans heckled Pryor as he made his way down the tunnel as the game ended, apparently dropping more than a few f-bombs his way with one also calling him “a little p****”. Naturally, Pryor then responded in kind with his own f-bombs and flipped off the fans in question, but thankfully resisted swinging his helmet at the hecklers before making his way into the locker room.

Players getting into it with fans after games is certainly nothing new. Steve Smith and Geno Smith are among a number of players who have gotten into it with fans. But if the video is any evidence, Pryor didn’t start this spat, and certainly kept his emotions in check as much as he possibly could considering the circumstances.

In frustration, all of us sometimes let our emotions get the better of us, and it could have happened here with Pryor, but thankfully he didn’t. And for hecklers, if you’re going to heckle players, at least try to be creative as opposed to just dropping f-bombs and calling people childish names. Be creative.
