Everyone knows saying “my account was hacked” is the most played out excuse when something goes wrong on social media, but Byron Scott went with it anyway.
He’s denying he challenged a fan to a fight on Instagram. He, or whoever runs his Instagram account, posted a video of the Lakers head coach’s boxing workout which led to a back-and-forth with the fan and Scott (or the supposed “hacker”).

Here’s the statement Scott made about the incident shortly thereafter.
Since there’s no way to prove Scott was or wasn’t hacked, we’re just going to go ahead and believe it was him who picked a fight with the fan with his “come at me bro” comments because that’s what we want to believe.
