After buying his Encino, California home for $3.495 million in 2007, former NBA point guard and traffic ticket expert Gilbert Arenas is now selling the property for the exact same amount of money that he used to purchase the estate.
The home is about 5,800 square feet and comes with five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and five fireplaces. The best aspects of the property have to be the outdoor amenities, which include a covered patio, an outdoor fireplace because you can never have too many fireplaces, a swimming pool, a spa and one hell of a view.
Arenas is currently involved in a lawsuit where the former basketball player is suing his former financial adviser for fraud. Gilbert is reportedly seeking $40 million in damages which makes his asking price for this home seem positively cheap by comparison.
