The Indianapolis Colts’ season has not gone according to plan as they, currently, are the owners of a 3-5 record which is still good enough for them to be tied for then division lead thanks to an abysmal AFC South. One of the biggest problems the team has been facing is the reported strife between the coaching staff and the front office of the team.

The Indianapolis Star reported that the front office of the team is making the decisions for who plays and who doesn’t which usually means the head coach is all but gone.

To try to get the team back on the same page, the Colts held a players only meeting. These meetings generally only come in times of desperation and it seems that time is now for Indianapolis. The meeting, which happened last week, did seem to help a little but as the team was able to rally in the fourth quarter of their Monday night game against the Carolina Panthers.

Although the Colts lost, it has to be a bit of a moral victory that they were able to come back. Big changes are going to be coming to the horizon in the offseason, which is the only certainty in Indianapolis these days.
