One of golf’s great traditions continued early this morning at Augusta when Arnold Palmer, Gary Player and Jack Nicklaus all hit a drive from the first tee box to officially open the Masters.

The three legends have been honorary starters for the tournament for years now and it’s always great to see them return to Augusta, even if they’re not competing for another Green Jacket. It looks like Player stroked the longest ball off the tee, but Nicklaus had an incredible ace during the Par Three Contest on Wednesday so the latter may still own the weekend’s bragging rights.
