US-MUSIC-GRAMMY AWARDS-SHOW

After he criticized Beck for not respecting “artistry” following Beck’s Grammy win over Beyonce, Kanye West has since had a change of heart.

For those who have listened to some interviews that Kanye has given since the Grammys, this apology won’t come as much of a surprise. In a recent radio interview, Kanye admitted that he hadn’t hear anything off of Beck’s album until he had dinner with Taylor Swift some time after the award show.

“I’m going to go ahead and tell y’all that the other day I went to dinner and sat down with Taylor Swift, right. And ironically, they were playing the Beck album. Maybe they did it on purpose so that I could finally hear it but I was like, ‘Man… like, this is kinda good, ain’t gonna lie.’”

Kanye also tweeted out a public apology to Bruno Mars, who West has been fairly critical of in the past.

Kanye even went as far as to publicly recruit Bruno to sing on a song that he produced.

Kanye West… publicly apologizing for something he said? What brave new world is this?
