We’re in full panic mode. The Cleveland Cavaliers are nearly five percent through the 2014-15 season and they’re 1-3 after a demoralizing buzzer-beating loss in Utah on Wednesday night. Judging from various reactions, one might think the end of human civilization is upon us and not even Bruce Willis can save us from the impending Armageddon.

Add NBA 2K15 to the list of those overreacting after LeBron James and the Cavs’ rough start. While the game routinely makes adjustments to player attributes, it rarely receives significant attention, unless you start messing with King James. Following this difficult stretch, they have knocked down the following attributes for him (via Operation Sports):

  • Overall: 97 (-1)
  • Ball Countol (-3)
  • Pass IQ (-4)
  • Pass Accuracy (-3)

Are the changes warranted? Maybe, but it’s been four games and believe it or not, the world is not actually ending. Calm down, children.
