How is this not the best thing ever?
In celebration of her 90th birthday, Illuminada Magtoto, also known as “Grandma Nelly,” challenged Dwyane Wade to game of 1-on-1 on Youtube earlier this month. It was about as cute as one could possibly imagine.

What’s even better than that? The fact that Dwyane Wade accepted Grandma Nelly’s challenge. On Tuesday, the two met at the Heat’s practice facilities where Wade took a “lob” from Grandma Nelly and laid it in the hoop, even if he couldn’t resist getting in a dig at Mario Chalmers while doing so. (“You throw better lobs than Mario Chalmers.” Sigh, poor Mario can’t even escape the wrath of his teammates when they’re making an old woman incredibly happy.)

For real, everything about this rules. Maybe Grandma Nelly could suit up for a game and dish some assists out to Wade and Chris Bosh. She’d at least be as good as Mario Chalmers, right?
