The Oregon Ducks usually make uniforms headlines for their constantly-changing, futuristic designs but it appears that the Ducks might be turning back the clock this weekend. Oregon’s assistant AD for communications Andy McNamara tweeted out the above photos of a throwback Ducks uni from 1994, when the team won the a Pac-10 title.
The uniform tweeted was that of Kenny Wheaton, who had “The Pick” against the Washington Huskies in ’94. The Ducks’ opponent this weekend? Washington.
So will Oregon pull an epic trolljob on the Huskies by celebrating the 20th anniversary with these unis? We can only hope because they’re pretty awesome.
