South Park’s 18th season premiered on Comedy Central on Wednesday night and, as we told you earlier this week, the first episode zeroed in on the Washington Redskins name controversy. In a promo that aired this past weekend, quarterback Robert Griffin III was featured alongside ‘Skins owner Dan Syder (and some other dude) in a pretty funny scene that featured Cartman stealing the team’s name after the trademark was pulled this summer.

But, after RG3 got hurt during Sunday’s game against the Eagles, South Park’s creators decided to make some last minute changes and substitute Griffin III with Kirk Cousins, who now holds the starting job in Washington. Pretty hilarious, but talking about adding insult to injury (literally) for RG3.
