The Cardinals won on Monday night, but one Arizona fan is not pleased: Larry Fitzgerald’s dad. The future Hall of Famer was only targeted four times, catching one ball for 22 yards, during their comeback victory over San Diego.

As one of the game’s most respected and respectful players, there is no way Fitzgerald would even think to mention his lack of popularity in Week 1, but his dad is more than willing to do so:

The politics referenced by Larry Sr. are likely the number of targets for third-year stud-to-be Michael Floyd, who snagged five catches for 119 yards on seven targets. His son is clearly on the way out as the team’s No. 1 WR and he better get used to the lack of looks over the next 15 games and beyond.
