Hot on the heels of slapping Johnny Manziel with a $12,000 for flipping the Redskins’ sideline the bird Monday night, we have word from the league office that Saints tight end Jimmy Graham has been fined for violating one of the league’s 857 rules banning players from having any fun. Graham scored twice during the Saints’ Week 2 preseason game, and both times dunked the ball over the crossbar. The NFL passed a rule banning the touchdown celebration — made popular by Graham — and thus Graham was fined $30,000. That’s some solid emphasizing of the point there, NFL.
