Australian rules football is a game that resembles a combination of American football, soccer and rugby, but with significantly less rules restricting the physicality of the game.

While cheap shots are not allowed, they often occur and in this case, they occur with serious force. During a match in the Sydney Aussie Football League between the Western Suburbs and UNSW/ES Bulldogs, one player elected to hammer another with a vicious sucker punch to the head.
