Phil Jackson signed a fat 5-year, $60 million contract to become the President of the New York Knicks five months ago, but to many the move  didn’t seem permanent yet, especially with whispers that he would still spend much of his time in Los Angeles.

After the purchase of a beautiful 2,600 square foot apartment in New York, Knicks fan might be able to relax for the first time since 1973, the year of their last NBA title.
