It’s been a while since Jason Sudeikis has blessed us with some new material as Ted Lasso, the American soccer coach who really doesn’t understand soccer. Thankfully, NBC decided it had been too long and enlisted his services for this six-minute mockumentary video to help promote the network’s coverage of the upcoming EPL season. You should watch it because it’s absolutely gold.
I’d say it’s about time NBCSN does a full ‘Hard Knocks’ style mockumentary series following Lasso in his adventures around the world of soccer. It’s only fair.
