I have to admit, it takes some sort of skill to piece together a three and a half minute trailer that doesn’t convey much information at all. Is there a plot? How much needless green screen can one movie get away with that isn’t being filmed by George Lucas? How many scantily-clad women holding machine guns is too much? Who convinced Joseph Gordon-Levitt that this was a good idea?

All of these questions and more will definitely not be answered by this Sin City: A Dame to Kill For trailer. Instead, this trailer more or less confirms what you’ve likely already deduced: Sin City: A Dame to Kill For is going to end up being a lot like the first Sin City, only with a lot more characters who are not played by Bruce Willis, Mickey Rourke or Jessica Alba (also known as the only people you’re likely to remember from the first film).

Still, a movie chock-full of actors ranging from Eva Green to Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Lady Gaga, Ray Liotta, Jeremy Piven and Josh Brolin has got to contain at least a couple of interesting scenes, right?
