Yasiel Puig has been blasted for his lack of power over the last two months, having hit only one home run since June 1st. The Dodgers outfielder’s poor showing at the Home Run Derby two weeks ago did not help quiet those overzealous critics, but maybe his performance on Friday night will shut a few of them up.

Puig became only the second Dodger in franchise history to record three triples in one game and the first since 1901. Watch as he flies around the bases during L.A’s 8-1 blowout victory in San Francisco:
