It was widely reported on Tuesday that a racehorse, Estimate, owned by Queen Elizabeth had tested positive for a banned substance. Unfortunately one of the largest news organizations in the world was not relaying such a development, but instead was reporting on their news ticker that the Queen herself had tested positive for the banned substance:
