Even when he’s shooting around with fans at the Kobe Academy, Kobe Bryant can’t let up on his competitiveness.

The Mamba decided to play a game of H-O-R-S-E with a guy named Sami but after Sami was able to connect on two long-range shots, both of which Kobe missed, Kobe got to work by purposefully taking shots from under the basket (to take away the long ball that Sami was obviously good at) and exploiting his skills with his left hand. So, after going down H-O to nothing, Kobe stormed back to win without notching another letter.

Judging by the way that the Lakers’ last season went, it’s not surprising that Kobe wants to savor every victory he can get, even if it’s against an average guy at his basketball camp.

[For the Win!]
