Okay, so it’s not Ron Swanson…but this statue inside Philadelphia’s Walnut Street Theater looks JUST LIKE Nick Offerman’s character from Parks & Recreation. According to Uproxx, the statue is actually of Edwin Forrest, a prominent nineteenth-century American Shakespearean actor from Philadelphia.
No offense to Mr. Forrest, but Ron Swanson deserves a statue way more than he does…so we’re just going to pretend that this is Ron carved into marble. Again, it’s not that difficult considering it looks exactly like him.
