Belgium may not be playing in the World Cup final this weekend, but I’m sure 17-year old Axelle Despiegelaere isn’t too upset. After all, the Belgian teenager was in attendance to see her team advance to the quarterfinals in Brazil, where she captured the hearts of millions around the world every time she was shown on TV.
