If the idea of a former pro athlete cheating on his former Playboy reality TV star wife with a transgender Youtube model sounds like something that was solely drummed up by a tabloid editor’s wildest dreams, you’d (probably) be wrong.
Back in late June, Kendra Wilkinson, the wife of former NFL wide receiver Hank Baskett, learned that a tabloid planned to run a story that her husband was having an affair with a transgender model. At first, she was understandably skeptical because that sounds like the type of made up shit that someone would run next to a story of Barack Obama having an affair with Oprah. But when Baskett didn’t rush to his own defense, Wilkinson got suspicious and did a little detective work of her own.
That led her to an unexplained charge on Baskett’s bank statement. Wilkinson was less than pleased:
A horrified Wilkinson “flipped out,” says the insider. She punched holes into a wall of their Calabasas, California, home, tossed photos from their 2009 nuptials into the pool and – in a final display of spite – yanked off her wedding band and flushed it down the toilet. Says the source, “She was extremely angry.”
The two have apparently not been speaking.
As for Baskett, the alleged affair with model Ava Sabrina London happened in late April. Conflicting sources say that the two either had sex or got to second base, neither of which is particularly helpful to Baskett’s case.
Also, the alleged affair would have taken place while Wilkinson was pregnant with Baskett’s child.
