Red Sox reliever Edward Mujica attempted to pick off a Tigers baserunner at second base on Sunday night but, unfortunately for Mujica, his throw was juuuuuust a bit outside. So far off target, in fact, that he almost drilled the second base umpire, who couldn’t control his laughter as a result.
Pretty hilarious…but probably more so if you’re not a Red Sox fan.
