American snowboarder Hannah Teter is a long way from her home state of Vermont while she competes for gold at the Sochi Winter Olympics. Teter will be competing in the Snowboard Ladies’ Halfpipe and hopes to bring home a gold like she did at the 2006 Winter Olympic Games in Torino, Italy. She has also won the silver medal in women’s halfpipe at the Vancouver Winter Olympics, bronze at the 2005 FIS World Championships at Whistler, British Columbia, and has six World Cup victories in her career. Besides accomplishing so much in her career she has also appeared on the reality show Punk’d, has a Ben & Jerry’s flavor named after her called, Hannah Teter’s Maple Blondie; a creamy maple ice cream with blonde brownie pieces and a maple caramel swirl. Oh and she was also featured in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in a section devoted to Winter Olympians with good reason as you can see by her tantalizing photos.
