Things got quite heated between Carolina Panthers wide receiver Steve Smith and New England Patriots cornerback Aquib Talib last night in the tough-fought Monday Night Football game. The Panthers won the controversial game by the score of 24-20 thanks to Smith’s four catches for 62-yards. Meanwhile Talib exited the game after re-injuring a nagging hip injury. Smith was quite concerned about Talib’s injury that he gave him some friendly medical advice, “Ice up son.” That was quite frosty.
