37. Jose Molina, Catcher

As the backup catcher on two World Series-winning teams (Anaheim in 2002 and New York in 2009), we never thought Jose Molina would turn himself into a starting catcher this late into his career. However, he has done just that by spending the past two seasons as Tampa Bay’s primary backstop with 102 and 99 games behind the dish, respectively. At 38 years old, we’re not sure if Molina still has enough gas left in the tank to be a starter again, but his veteran leadership is very valuable for a team looking for a backup catcher, especially one with a young rotation.
