I was sold instantly from the time that I saw this video, and not only because of the music supervision. Extreme Sitting, or ‘hockern’, was created by a couple of young German kids who were looking for the next extreme sport. They then created the company Salzig Sporthocker which feels like the hub of all things hockern. The company has been around for a few years, but it finally looks like it has a little momentum.
The sport is simple to understand but looks incredible difficult. Take a specially designed stool and start doing extreme tricks and what not with it. Simple, huh?
