Toronto’s Mark Fraser Was Hit In The Face With Puck And It Looked Excruciatingly Painful

Need another reason to think that hockey is a dangerous sport? In the third period of Game 4 of the Maple Leafs and Boston Bruins series, Toronto defenseman Mark Fraser was the victim of a frightening moment. While Fraser was skating around he caught a screaming shot by Boston’s Milan Lucic with his face. Unfortunately for Fraser he does not wear a visor so the puck smashed directly in his forehead which caused him to bleed profusely. Fraser was taken to the hospital to get a CT scan to check for any broken bones in his cranium. Fraser was walking on his own so it appears that he will be alright.
