Diplomat Dennis Rodman Asks Kim Jung Un To ‘Do Him A Solid’

Former NBA star turned diplomat, Dennis Rodman is asking his buddy Kim Jung Un for a favor. Rodman is using his friendship with the North Korean leader in hopes to negotiate the release of Kenneth Bae, a Korean-American man sentenced to 15 years of hard labor in North Korea.

Bae is  a 44-year-old from Washington state who friends describe as a devout Christian and tour operator based in China who traveled frequently to North Korea to feed orphans. North Korea’s Foreign Ministry said the American entered the country with a disguised identity and was arrested in November. Last week North Korea’s  Supreme Court sentenced Bae for unspecified “hostile acts” against the state and a punishment of 15 years of hard labor. The Unites States has demanded the immediate release of Bae and suspect North Korea is using him as a bargaining chip in their constant strife over their nuclear program and recent saber-rattling.

Rodman is said to be great friends with the dictator and even visited North Korea in February. The Worm was so enamored with Kim Jung Un and planned to return to North Korea this August. Maybe if Rodman was such a great friend of the absolute ruler he could send his buddy Kim a DM instead of a regular Tweet.
