Someone is going to need to explain to me what Devon Wylie is doing on this play.  Devon tries his darnedest to catch a pass from Brady Quinn, but for some reason he lets the ball hit his helmet without even trying to get his hands up to grab the ball.  Pretty confusing, but it is the Chiefs…
