Fresh off his first career double-double Monday night (13 points, 10 rebounds), Thunder center Hasheem Thabeet pulled off an even more impressive feat in Wednesday’s game against the Houston Rockets: a rescinded ejection. The former #2 overall pick got in a minor dust-up with fellow 2009 draftee James Harden after a tough no-call, and referee Marc Davis quickly sent the big man packing. However, following a TV timeout, Thabeet strolled back out on the court a free man (minus a technical foul), while the Oklahoma City faithful gave him his first — and likely last — standing ovation.
