Earlier today, Gatorade announced the 2011/12 Player of the Year awards for all 50 states (and Washington D.C.). It’s a huge honor to be named ‘Mr. Basketball’ in your respective state, something I’m sure all these guys are pretty pumped about tonight.

Something to note this year; Perry Ellis, a forward from Kansas and future Jayhawk, won his fourth consecutive Gatorade State Player of the Year award. Ellis is the first four-time winner in the award’s 27 year history. Peep the full list below:
