Former Randers FC coach Ove Christensen made a wrong move by hitting a reporter after a string of two bad losses by his football club and now has been fired because of it.
His team lost two matches in a row by a combined score of 8-1 and after losing 4-0 loss to Brondby on Monday, the Danish coach inexplicably lashed out physically against a reporter. The video of the incident is below where Ove said he didn’t want to answer anymore “stupid questions” and hit the reporter (Rasmus Lund) in the shoulder area.
According to ESPN:
Randers spokesman Ib Rasmussen told The Associated Press on Tuesday that Christensen’s dismissal was not related but was a result of the club’s “poor result.”
