It was five months ago that the Los Angeles Angels’s offer to Carl Crawford was rejected. Crawford was snatched up by the Boston Red Sox, signing a 7 year deal worth 142 Million. When Crawford came to the plate in the 11th inning the local Angeles TV broadcast panned over to the Boston on-deck circle and showed a bunch of dollar bills. Some people don’t forget. Maybe knowing that Crawford is batting .143 this year is some consolation?

It was pretty hilarious. Made me laugh at least. Although for a second I thought one of the umps had dropped it while taking a pay off from the Sox.
