Google Stereo 1

Today at the Sound & Vision Bristol Show, a trade show in the UK, a Google-branded stereo device turned up. The hideous looking contraption was designed for Google by Chord Electronics and is a variation of Chord’s Chordette Carry model. The device has virtually every input available except for the proprietary Fleshlight insert. It can stream music with portable and desktop devices using Bluetooth apt-X and can also be used with music recording equipment like vinyl, CD, and tape. There isn’t much more information known about “Google Stereo” as Chord is currently under an NDA with Google. The unit will not be available for consumer purchase.
