A teen and his mother have sparked a bit of controversy in Tampa, FL over what seems to be a quite unorthodox parenting choice. James Mond had recently been performing a little under par in his schooling (ie. he answered four questions on the FCAT and has a 1.222 GPA) and his mother had seen enough. Now you can find James on a street corner holding a sign stating that he he answered four questions on the FCAT and has a 1.222 GPA, and he will be there until his grades improve. Needless to say a few folks aren’t pleased with this choice.
